Finance lease

A Finance Lease is a simple way for your business to access the vehicles it needs. Under this arrangement, you lease the vehicles directly from us for an agreed amount and term, and when your lease ends you may choose to refinance the residual amount with another lease, or simply return the car.

• Residual value risk is carried by you.

• Tax-deductible repayments (subject to the application of tax laws to your particular business).

• GST is payable on the repayments.

• Maintenance and additional services available.

• Amount financed is exclusive of GST on the vehicle – freeing up your cash flow.

Operating lease

An Operating Lease is where we take the risk on the vehicle. After the lease period is over, the vehicle is returned to us, with the option to take out a new lease and upgrade your vehicle to the latest model. Operating Leases can be packaged with several fleet management services.

• Residual value risk carried by Škoda Financial Services.
