³³ Škoda Service Packs are available from authorised Škoda Dealers or online from Škoda Australia official website, for all models and covers standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only. The New Car Service Packs can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 15,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first) for petrol and diesel vehicles, and up to 30,000 km/24 months (whichever occurs first) for electric vehicles. The timeframe takes effect from the start of the Skoda New Vehicle Warranty Start Date. The Used Car Service Packs can be purchased after the first 15,000 km/12 months scheduled service. The Top-up Service packs can be purchased based on the eligibility criteria as detailed in the terms and conditions. Discount structure varies by model. ⁴⁶ Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) can take up to 48 hours to be applied to your vehicle. SIRA membership is provided by 365 Assistance Pty Ltd ABN 59 160 076 200 trading as ‘365 Assistance’ (‘365’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your SIRA membership, you will be making that request to 365 Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.skoda.com.au/own/roadside-assistance. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
